THE ROLE:
Our clients are looking for Senior Delivery Manager to join their team.

ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in driving effective delivery across their AI and Innovation Strategy and Enablement area. The successful candidate will embed agile principles and best practices across workstreams, facilitating risk forums, tracking dependencies, and using sprint data to drive retrospectives and forward planning. This is a hands-on delivery role with a focus on instilling a culture of focus and continuous improvement within a complex, strategic environment.

  • Proven delivery management experience

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting and planning

  • Experience managing risks and issues and presenting at risk forums

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience producing planning and progress reporting, including POAP documentation

  • Nice to have: Exposure to AI, digital transformation, or innovation programmes

  • Nice to have: Public sector experience

  • Nice to have: Experience applying agile ways of working to strategy and enablement environments rather than purely technical delivery

SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

  • Embed agile principles and best practices across workstreams

  • Facilitate risk forums and track project dependencies

  • Use sprint data to drive retrospectives and forward planning

  • Manage risks and issues logs on a day-to-day basis

  • Produce sprint and planning reports for stakeholders

  • Collate POAP documentation to track delivery progress

  • Maintain JIRA as the primary tool for tracking delivery progress
